Grimm EDM 180
Instrument: Grimm - EDM 180
CongregoThe Grimm EDM 180 doesn’t show any default parameters when the instrument is initially created because it uses the instrument id to create the parameter number. The Gesytec mode allows for the retrieval of 3 or 4 primary parameters:
Additionally a matching set of secondary parameters can also be retrieved. Congrego will determine if 3 or 4 primary parameters are supported by looking at the response to a DA command. The response will start with MD03 or MD04. Note that changing from 3 primary parameters to 4 has the potential to mix up the channel indexing. The instrument should be removed and recreated instead. |
Note that this driver has been tested and certified working with Firmware Version P Version 7.80 E
Issues have been seen in other versions and lack of access to instruments has hindered development and testing.
